Postcode Lottery Green Challenge 2009
Once again, the team with the best idea will win €500,000 (about $700,000) in capital to execute the winning plan. The prize money, provided by the Dutch Postcode Lottery, will be awarded at PICNIC'09.

2008 winner to open factory
AMSTERDAM, May 29 2009 – After winning last year's Postcode Lottery Green Challenge, Eben Bayer is using part of the prize money to open a 'factory' for his mushroom-based Styrofoam alternative. But the contest has had other benefits, too. "The validation boost has been huge," Eben says.
